ERROR 49.38.07 on Hp E52645

I have experienced an error of 49.38.07 on a Hp E52645 today, having upgraded the firmware from 4.12 to 5.8.1.1 has anyone else seen this error and if so do you know if it was the fimware , paper cut application or something else that caused it. Thank you in advance.

Normally when we start getting firmware errors we have to replace the HDD

You can trying in boot mode (hold down HP logo when booting)

Do a full format then fresh install of firmware.

If this error persist in my experience HDD needs replaced. The HDD's they put in these are pretty crappy.
