E82540 false missing toner, wont recognize toner

guys,
i have a new (about a month old). Enterprise E82540 that isnt recognizing the toner anymore. tried putting a new toner in and its still saying that the toner isnt installed. i got it running about 2 hours ago, but it just quit again. thanks.

Have you pulled the development unit out and inspected it for damage?

I guess that your printer is managed and that you use non hp toner? That is problem. If you use OEM then change cartridge for young version. Just to there where you bay cartridge as make a swap.

If this is a managed printer using compliant cartridges then sometimes the port fails on the printer, but this is very rare. Uses an Rj45 socket.
