    Designjet Z6100PS powers off after 5 seconds

    Customer called and said their Z6100PS is shutting itself off after 5 seconds. Any help is very much appreciated. Frank/Action Potocopy

      There is a CPU cooling fan on the main board that is either not turning, or turning too slow. Replace it and you will be just fine.
