hp 4700 50.1 error

    hp 4700 50.1 error

    I have a hp 4700 with a 50.1 error code. I replaced the fuser and low voltage power supply. Still have error . any ideas?

      DC Controller? But I vote bad fuser.

          I just went through that. I checked fuser first, changed the power supply and then the DC controller. Still had the code. Found out the power supply I swapped was shipped bad. When I got a good one, I was fixed. If the 2 items you changed were good, the DC controller should fix it.

                  Which P/S? The fuser has it's own on top. Dirty sensors at top left can cause this too.
