Have a clients M606 and of course the IT person who set the passwords is no longer with the company and they cannot find the password to it. I have tried a cold reset, using the service code 04060615 and trying to go through the service menu. The damn machine will not let me change the IP number. But i cant access any of the admin menus when using EWS and cannot make any kinds of changes to the machines setup. Any help or suggestions would be warmly recieved.
