HP M725 blank prints.

Good day all.
This printer is printing blank.
As in the paper just comes out blank
As of late the tech changed the hig voltage supply. The laser scanner unit and transfer roller assembly.

Can anyone assist as to why it is still printing this way?

Is the laser shutter part of the laser on this unit? if not the shutter actuator may be broken or out of place.
