[Error Code] HP Color Laserjet CM4540 mfp, error 59.00.A0

2 weeks after replacing the Image Transfer Belt kit (genuine HP oem). I now am getting this 59.00.A0 error massage reported by my customer. The ITB has been reseated and still the message wont clear. Thank you in advance for any help you may offer.

59.00.A0 error massage ITB motor (M1) start up error or ITB motor (M1) abnormal rotational error.

Remove the ITB and check for damage. Use the ITB motor (M1) drive test in the component test to verify that the ITB motor is properly functioning. If it is not, replace the ITB motor assembly. If the product has been serviced, check the connectors at the ITB motor assembly and the DC controller. See the circuit diagram for details.
