I have two HP Laserjet M428fdw's from different customers with black user screens. I've replaced the screens and the formatters with the same black screen result. The customers don't want to keep sinking money into parts if they won't fix the problem.
The printers power up and sound like they are running their POST test.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Is it the LVPS or HVPS?
Any help would be appreciated.
