This error appears in the printer after turning it on, the software update did not help

Paperless mode is a test mode used in manufacturing and should not be seen on a normally operating product.
Contact HP support for steps to resolve this condition.

I thought I would get some help on the forum, the hotline doesn't want to help without calling the service.
