I have an HP M578 in the field that is displaying an error 13.B9.D2, Jam in Right Door. This occurs on every first attempt to run a copy, or print. When opening the right side door, after the jam occurs, there is a small crash-jam dent in the center of the paper, then followed by "accordioned" folding behind. I tried to print config pages but there was no print/toner image on the paper, which told me the image unit my not be turning. I also susect the fuser is not turning as well. I would appreciate any input if anyone has seen this issue. Thanks!

Re: HP M578 error 13.B9.D2 jam in right door
13.B9.D2 : Fuser delivery delay jam when printing from Tray 2
Possible cause :
- The paper jam is found wrapped around the fuser roller. In this case it is a sign of a worn out fuser.
- The paper jam is found in the transfer area. This could be caused by transfer area damage.
- A fuser drive or delivery issue.
- Self-sealing or adhesive media is being used
