Hi all,
We're mainly a copier dealer but do put a few HP wide format machines out aswell, I'm certainly not the most experienced engineer on designjets though!!
I put a 36" T650 (Brand new) into a clients last week and they've come back to me to say when printing A1 drawings it isn't rotating the image to make use of the full width of the paper, it always prints short edge first.
I've been onto a remote session with them (Customers a couple hours drive away), we've reloaded drivers, tried changing settings in the driver and the documents but to no avail, checked paper roll size is showing correct on the device and it is, A0 prints fine.
This isn't the first customer that we've experienced this with either, had another T650 doing similar things.
Am I missing something obvious? I would have though having "Auto Rotate" switched on in the driver would just sort it all out, Going to have to drive back up there tomorrow if it can't resolve over the phone but not sure what I'm going to look for when stood infront of it.
