Hp designjet t790 hdd backup

hi to everyone.
I know that hdd of T Series is encrypted and you cannot copy them. but I recently saw a new version that china has recently made it to decrypted hdd of T Series and sell them in very low prices. does anybody have image of HDD of T790 which is released by china?
