HP Color LaserJet 5550 Blank Pages

Hi,

CMYK Patches are forming on transfer belt during initializing but upon giving print command no print or image. Blank page is coming out. Have replaced HT Board but still problem is same.

Any idea?

Hello,

relating to SM you should replace:

1. the high-voltage PCB
2. the DC controller PCB

I don't have any experience with this model (HP LaserJet 5500/5550).
