If you have made sure that the cartridge is not the problem, I have had a layer of dust build up on the laser lens. You will have to pop the top of the laser and clean the optics. If you stop in the middle of the print job and pull the cartridge and the image on the drum is light, then most likely the problem is the laser. If the image is correct on the drum, you may have a transfer roller problem. The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen Hawking -

Fixthecopier is right on the money with the troubleshooting. 90% of the time its dirty scanner lens. I don't even unplug the cables just take out the 4 screws and use air to blow in the opening. If you're getting completely blank sheets check the laser shutter.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".Comment
