    HP color lj MFP477

    Hello,
    I have a HP color laserjet MFP 477, I took it apart to clean and lubricate because it was making very loud annoying noises when working.
    After I put it together I have the following problem: with black printing everything is ok, but with any color printing I have a blue background on the sheet.
    I am attaching a photo. I'm asking for help.

          Check the flat cable going from the formatter board to the controller board. You may need to replace it (
          CF388-60116). One of the leads is folded over or not making contact.

              I check the flat cable, looks good, I not touch it before.
              I try with new cyan toner cartridge, but so far all is without success!

                  Finally, I can thank the RMC8112 it was indicated that exactly this cable - CF388-60116.
                  On one side it is just screwed in, and on the other side it has a lock, and right by the lock,
                  it had come off barely perceptibly.
