    HP M477fnw black copies, prints are ok. Appears exposure light not coming on.

    My customer just reported this to me. Any ideas?

      Sounds like you may need to replace adf/scanner assy. Unfortunately individual parts aren't available.

          Thanks. I stopped by there the other day and it worked ok for me. She showed me samples, looked like typical no charge symptom, but the machine's reports all printed ok. Gremlins!!
