[Error Code] HP DesignJet T1700 displays manufacturing and installation error 1

The printer is brand new, worked for only 3 days and then the problem appeared.
After turn on, the printer starts initializing to 9% and wrote "manufacturing" on the display. It behaves the same way every time. It does not respond to any command except power off.
When it is turning on, it is possible to enter Diagnostic mode, however, after running the tests, it did not show any errors.
I suspect that during standby mode, the printer automatically uploaded some new firmware, and that automatic upgrade failed.

1.) I tried to update the firmware via a USB stick (FAT32 and firmware.fmw), but the printer, despite the presence of the firmware stick in the USB slot, continues the initialization up to 9% and writes "manufacturing".
Only once it showed the error System error 815D-B8B9-0000.

2.) After replacing the disk with a new disk sent from HP, the printer finishes copying the firmware from the USB and starts the installation. After 13% of installation it stops and shows Installation error 1 on display.
I tried even 2 older versions of firmware (year 2021), same behavior. HP service tehnicians never heard of this problem.

I don't know what to try next. Any ideas? Thanks

    Solution:

3.) After replacing only the formatter board (T8W16-60084HBE) with a new one, printer worked.
Firmware installation went whithout a problem and after all calibrations, the printout is excellent.
The reason why the old board went wrong is not known.
