HP color lj pro m479 green background

Hi Folks,
working on laser pro MFP 479 with page covered with green background.
has anyone seen where the image comes thru, but, page is covered with green back ground? I am getting my lead edge void, if I do an internal print of printer status (all black(, the page is fine...any suggestions..?

Most likely you have a charge problem with both the yellow and cyan drum units
