LJ2200 Trailinglast inch fades out or doesn't pring

Last inch on trailing edge doesn't print or fades out. Also fades a little on far right side. New OEM cartridge. When print out test page the line at bottom doesn't print which is the bottom part of the box for test page. Frank

did you check paper size guides in the tray?
Did you print a config. page and see what the size the printer thinks it is?
Make sure preferences in the driver are set to the right tray.

If all those things are good you may have a bad laser scanner, as that is a weakness with that particular machine.

Cofiguration said letter size and guides appeared to be set okay. I will double checkand they have an optional 3rd tray so I will see if it prints same way from each. Thanks. Frank
