    HP 4730 MFP

After power failure, the control panel says 'copy, scan, fax have been disabled'.

    The machine prints fine.

    Anyone seen this?

No, but you can go into the control panel and check it and re-enable it if it had been reset.

Is there a setting there that enables/disables those features?

I'm sure there is. I am referring to the control panel on the printer itself. If you don't have the original software, you can get it here:

(I pulled the above link out of the service manual)

I am posting the resolution to this problem, as it seems no one out there knows. So if any of you run into this in the future...Reloading firmware was the fix. There is no setting which enables/disables these features manually.
