HP LJ 4350tn Firmware?

Trying to update Firmware on 2) 4350tn's. Both get identical issues.

Cannot upload via. FTP folder or through the web interface firmware update. It times out.

The HP Downloader software works, uploads the firmware great (and quick!) but it only updates the JetDirect Card and not the NVRAM. I've been told it's supposed to update both.

This all started when the printer would randomly stop printing and throw a 49.FF.05 error. If you cycle the power, it works again for a few weeks.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like you may need to change the formatter.

It may be bad file command being sent to the printer, or you may have to replace the firmware Dimm
