HP 4000/Envelope Feeder

Customer uses 6X9.5 envelopes.the machine wont feed because there is no size to match on size selection.The machine will feed on larger sizes that match size selection.Any way around this to customize this size to feed?THIS IS NOT MECHANICAL PROBLEM BUT SETUP ISSUE

The service manual states that your envelope size is within specification for feeding through the optional envelope feeder or tray1.
If the envelope feeder does not have a size setting to match your envelope, try printing envelopes from tray1 as described in the S.M.

THanks for reply.The customer specifically ordered feeder to do this from envelope feeder Are there any adjustments to customize for size 6x9.5 envelopes?

Have you tried "configure custom paper" under the printing menu? If that doesn't work I would try adjusting setting in the print driver itself.(Just a thought as you may have already ventured down these roads)
