Good luck. These weren't as bad as the HP CP 1700's, but the support/help is about the same= non-existent. My only suggestion would be to make sure you have all good HP cartridges, clean encoder strip (I think this one has one?), and do any resets/clears on machine per the service manual. If that doesn't help, put it on eBay as a junker. Business-class or not it is a junker. I've had DeskJet 500's and 900's, which are non-business class, run for over 10 years without hicups. You tell me. Please post your results.The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
