HP 4250/Fuser Drive gear

Hi, gear on swing idler plate that drives fuser is stripped. i have new gear,can you tell me if there is easy way to access it to changr it?The frame looks like it would be real pain to take entie plate out(its the one on inner frame that has 2 gears and black gear makes contact with fuser).

The easiest way to replace the swing plate is to take the black gear and spacer off the new plate.
turn off printer take right side cover
take off formatter box
remove fuser unit
on the side where the formater is you can access the screw for the black gear that is stripped.
