HP 2200/ Error code

HI,
Customer called with lit sequence that comes on shortly after power up of all 3 lites on and steady.(Top TO BOTTOM:RED GREEN GREEN).Customer said was able to turn off and on and get periodic print,but error keps coming back.
Any help would be aprreciated. THANKS ANDY

[JustManuals]

1- Replace the formatter PCB.
2- Replace the engine controller.
