business inkjet 2300 not printing color

I am working on a business inkjet 2300 HP, it print black and a light pink color.
All other colors don't print.

I have tried the following:

Performed printhead alignment and color calibration
Cleaned printheads from the display menu.
Manually removed and cleaned printheads.
Factory Reset.

I want to try and purge the tubes, does anyone know how to? Or knows a trick. Thanks
