The printer started making noise I replace the swingplate assembly but not I see the noise come from the gear assemble where all the gear located. Any suggest?

Did you change the fuser gear too? sometimes this gear has been damaged. Does the swing plate move freely. Are the blue fuser latches broken?

If all of those things check out, there is a gear drive behind the DC controller that turns the toner cartridge and a gear drive below and toward the front of the DC Controller that turns the pick-up rollers. Both of these drives are on the right side under the right front cover.

You should have seen both of them when you changed the swing plate asm. Did you replace the entire asm or just the black gear/spacer? If you've only changed the black gear/spacer, then the white gear behind it may have also been damaged and that might be where the noise is coming from.

Pull the fuser out and check the Fusers lower roller(press roller) bushings and see if they are wore. Have had one side wear out and make noises.

oh yeah, mo0651 is right, check that. I had that happen a couple of times, but the fusers looked really bad so I just replaced the entire fuser asm.

            Hi
Sorry, just asking...not a defective cartridge?? Else take the drive gear off the fuser, run it up briefly to eliminate which end of the gear train is the cause. Always handy to keep an old fuser with this gear missing for quick checks.
