HP C5280 paper jam

Hello friends, i have an Hp C5280 displaing a paper jam, i have looked for paper and sure is there is no paper. And also the ink cartridge platen makes a funny noise when it goes to the left side.Can anyone shed some light on this problem.

I had the same photosmart problem. I took the printer to the nearest HP dealership and the told me since it's an inkjet printer, HP don't make spare parts... Luckily the warranty wasn't expired so the gave me a new one.

HP views ink jets as disposable. There are some parts available, but not many and it's not usually worth repairing as a new printer with warranty costs less than the repair.
