I have thisone that keeps saying "The left output bin is full", i have check all the sensors and flags and everything is ok, replaced the whole left bin and still come out with that message, it won't let me print at all. done cold reset and latest firmware update and still no luck.

Today i will be replacing the DC controller board.

has anyone have experienced this before?

Got one doing the same thing. Am going to go back with a new sensor and DC controller board. Please post if the board worked for you.
