HP LJ 3330 upgrade error...

Having one of those MFP's on the bench right now. At firing up it says in the display "Upgrade Error"

Any hints where to look please? (Except for the dumpster of course )

Found these responses on the HP Australia website. Looks like you need to re-flash firmware or replace the formatter board.

I was interested in this post, as my folks have this model at home. Hope I never see this problem though.
