Your problem is related to the ETB. Print or display the event log to get the entire error code for specific troubleshooting. I had the same error the other day...changed the fuser and all was well...sometimes it can be the wrong fuser so check the model type...there is two fusers for the same family but they are different and wont interchange...but if its been working change the fuserYou never realize how cheap a professional is until after you let an amateur do it....

if this was an easy thing to do then everybody would be doing it! But it isn't and they are not!!
