Hp color laserjet cp1215 Flashing Attention light

Hi
I have an Hp color laserjet flashing Attention light continously?Hp are saying its either the frant or rear door swicth not working but i have tested them they are working.Hp are say its a sign that the door is open.Is there anyone who knows how to clear this error message?The printer is not even initialising.Hp status monitor is saying cartridges seals are not removed but they are all removed.Please help as to how i can reset this machine.

Use HP toolbox (download full print solution driver if not installed on clients or your shop's PC) to clarify the error as it may be more than just cover open (fuser, paper tray not installed, drum unit not installed, or open cover). Then you will have a direction to look. I had this recently on another printer, but it was a broken switch (metal arm was broken). If it is open cover error, check the switch cable for damage, and check the cover tabs that actuate it. If it isn't that, I would look at the DC controller or whatever board the switch plugs into.
