Help!!! I am a MFP guy, not these over the counter HPs. Friend of mine has one with constant paper jam message. If we can clear the jam, we get a carriage failure message. From what I can see, no paper is in paper path, Print head move freely during init. Any help would be greatly appreciated. 2-2/12 years old medium to heavy duty usage. 1st problem he's ever had with it. Thanks EMujo
