When customer prints flyers with pictures, faces look "sunburned". Tried color balance but it doesn't help. Wondering if it's a computer issue.

Does it happen when you print color tests from the control panel? If it does, it is not PC related. If it doesn't it probably is.
If it is not a printer problem, download latest drivers, update firmware, & download latest patches to software program being used (MS Word, Photoshop, etc...).
If it is, check the density sensor (replace if needed) first because that is a weakness of this machine. Additionally check drum & transfer belt before looking at other parts.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
