HP 4345mfp Home Screen Icons Missing.

I don't think I'm crazy. I have the user's manual and the service manual but can't figure out for the life of me how to get the Fax to Email logo up on the home screen. I've done cold reset and NVRAM but still have no access to the administration screen. It's just not there. What am I doing wrong?

Can you print? You have an IP address? Try to ping it and look at the settings.
