    HP CP3505

Each time I turn this printer on after ram count & initialization 68.2 permanent storage error appear on the display and I have to press continue to get it in ready state.

    Any Idea?

Normally all you have to do is initialize the hard disk, even if you do not have one. Turn the printer off. Turn the printer back on and when the memory starts to count press and hold menu button until all LEDs are lit. When all three lights are on solid release the menu button and scroll through the menu options using the back button; Initialize disk should appear in the menu. Just hit the check mark button again and it should take care of the problem.

If the above solution does not resolve your error code you will need to replace the DC controller. Good luck!
