    hp M2727NF all-in-one printer "install black cartridge" message?

    Hello,

    I have problem is I have a hp M2727NF current printer, which I changed new toner cartridge, and the "install black cartridge" message shows on the monitor screen. how can I make the message diappear and what the message means?

    Can somebody help me?

      Your cartridge is likely defective.
      Their is a chip on the cartridge that the machine reads, when it is defective it will not see that you have a cartridge in the machine. Replace your cartridge with another one.

          Some compatible cartridges do this. Can you print regardless of the message?
