hi everyone,

i 'm havin a problem with the subject plotter/printer as it gives a message "Open Window and check printhead cover is properly closed,,,,,,,,,,,,,press enter to continue."

i have gone through all the checks for sensors n switches but wasn't able to solve it. anybody having any clue that could help!!!!!!!!!!!

If it says printhead path you need a new belt, or check for a jam.

error messages with the printhead can also be caused by loose or damaged trailing cables. Reseat or replace the flat white cables going to pcarriage unit.
