[Error Code] HP CM2320nf will not come ready.

I have a customer who brought in this nice looking piece of junk. It turns on and appears to do some ready checks but the boot up bar on the little display gets about half way and stops and just sits there. I dont have a service manual for this thing, as we sell Sharp copiers. If anyone couold provide me with one that would be great, as well as any suggestions. I normally wouldnt even try to fix this thing but its for one of my best customers so im trying to go the extra mile. Thanks

ALSO will not do a NVRAM Int....just sits there period

How long ago did she buy it?
    Can it be returned?
Hp will replace with a refurbished unit if it is still under warranty.
Sometimes this is the easiest way to remove a head ache is to replace the unit.

When I started as a tech in 1981 for HP in Los Angles we had a Tech support speacialist (back then they knew what they were doing) that when a tech was being stupid he would ask if they checked the polarity of the fuses.
Most techs that were asked this said no and proceeded to check them.

And yes i was asked once. It woke me up enough to listen to him.

Check to see if the Ready & attention lights are flashing or solid.
It sounds like a formatter/network/firmware related issue to me if it isn't even coming to ready.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
