HP 4345mfp - password reset

I ran into this not too long ago. The easiest way I found was to print out the config page so you have all the settings. Do a cold reset and reconfigure the device. If you disable the network before the cold reset it will not reset the password for the web interface login.

Thanks for the links to download the service manuals but I need a password in order to unRAR them. Do you have the unRAR password?

Need to clear the WEB user name and password on this machine. The last guy who worked for this company did not tell anyone what it was and now they want me to remove it. When you go to the WEB access it asks for a user name and password. Is there any way to get rid of this?
