When I print a config page (3pgs total) the first two make it to the top of the printer area and the third stays under the cartridge....if I do a copy of "1" page only it stays in the top are as well...the paper reversal unit does not turn on to feed the paper out...its not a lower sensor as it happins with one page only ...and I changed the paper rev unit yesterday with a new one...not cheap...and there is no difference...so what controlls and supplys power to the rev unit...DC controller?..and they arent cheap either....any ideas......thanks

check the even log for the actual error code also as that may give you an idea where the problem is. It was a bad DC controller! Changed it and it feeds the paper just fine. I left the reversal unit in as maybe it shorted the controller and at the cost of parts who wants to chance it.
