HP 2840 Reste

Hi

Can anybody help with getting into the service mode of the HP 2840 and to reset the the device back to factory defaults. I have a machine from a customer that is totally wasted and i want to give them a second hand unit that is still in good working order to replace their's but i want to clear all the settings and address info from the previous owner before i send it.
