    HP9000

I have a customer with a jamming issue on their hp9000. On the event log it shows a lot of duplex late turnover jams. I've cleaned all the rollers and sensors and before I start throwing parts in I thought I'd ask here if anyone has any suggestions.
    Thanks

How many copies on the fuser? The fuser drags and can cause duplex jamming. also have seen a motor running slow. I have not found individual parts for duplex.

I'm having no luck finding parts for the duplex either. The printer just hit 2mil (and these were brand new less than a year ago!), I'm going to replace the fuser drive motor just to be sure.

Also, the jamming is happening with a new fuser. They have 6 in one room so we swapped fusers, then replaced the fuser with a new one. We swapped the duplex on Monday and I told them I'd check back Friday.

This is old, but I thought I post the solution. The jamming followed the duplexer we swapped out.

I replaced the whole duplexer assembly (C8532-67903) and that took care of the problem. Thanks Othertech
