    hp laserjet 1600

    I have a LJC 1600 that I'm working on that says initializing all the time.I have replaced the formatter board and it still has the problem. Also did a ram clear. still in initializing mode.Anyone seen this before?

          Never seen this caused by anything but a formatter on this printer. Other CLJ's I'd say pull the NIC card and see what happens. But I believe this is a USB only device.

              maybe the new formatter was bad? Anyone ever replaced the DC controller board for this problem?
