HP laserjet 3015

Hi;
I am working on an HP 3015. The customer is complaining that it will show the message "memory low" when sending or recieving faxes. I have cleared pending faxes and did a memory clear. On the config page it shows 32 mb of total memory, but only 5.76 mb of available memory. I don't know if this is normal for the available memory to be so low. If anyone has any information it would be appreciated.
