we have this machine in our shop for repair and it keeps jamming in duplex mode, it will print single sided just fine every time, every once in a while the first duplexed page comes out but usually it wont even finish the first page. Jam 13.20.00, thanks i hope someone knows how to solve this problem.

check (clean) the sensor on the bottom ( in the duplex). If it doesn't work the paper will jam inside the duplex.Comment
