After power on , display shows "hp" and starts initialize, after 5s display shuts down
and plotter turns off and on it selfs.Then again and again.......

Try to put the ink cartridges off and switch on the machine. Put the cartridges in one by one when asked and see if one of them causes the error. If nothing happens, try to make the same with the printheads out of the machine. I think some ink cartridge or printhead is faulty.
