    make sure the hinge to the duplex plate is on correctly. Remove the position guide under the plate (turn printer upside down to see it), and blow out any paper debris.
    Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

      thanks will look at that. it will feed the page all the way out printed on one side, will go into the machine again, and then on it way out the second time it stops halfway into the output tray and give me the error, every single time.

          check that gears are ok. if it stops in side of duplex tray then clean roller in duplex.
