    4650DN color registration

Magenta on this printer out of registration. I am not finding any manual registration. I cleaned the color registration sensors and ran full calibration. Could anyone please give me an idea. The customer is a distance from me and I already spent too much time to give them no real answer.

    thanks

Update the firmware and run 3 calibrations back-to-back. If still no luck, I'd start with replacing supplies (magenta cart, then ETB), followed by DCC. Normally F/W and Full Calibrations take care of this.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
