CLJ 4700 Flash-It tool restores ETB life/counter?

Has anybody seen this in action yet or heard of this? The counters on this machine have been an issue in the past.

the life span for the ETB for this machine is 120,000. Sorry i have never heard of that Flash-It tool, not 100% sure but i think the ETB has a first time use sensor and you would have to replace it when it goes out with a new one.
